At least one receptacle for each basin within 3 feet. - 210.52(D)

At least one 20A branch circuit for bathroom receptacles only. If circuit supplies a single bathroom, outlets for lighting or other equipment shall be permitted to be supplied from the same circuit. - 210.11(C)(3)

Note:  If lighting is put on the 20A branch circuit, then must use #12 wire for lighting.
