Gridtied Photovoltaics

Anyone have any tips or solutions to odd issues related to gridtied photovoltaics that they would like to share?
We have been doing gridtie installations since 2003 with a total of 219kw of arrays in service. We are in the Long Island NY LIPA market. LIPA is currently rebating installation at $3.50/watt of panel for residential and $4.50/watt for government and not for profits. Currently the maximum array size allowed with gridtie rights is 10kw, although that will soon change. LIPA is very cooperative and has tried to keep the process streamlined.
